How / When are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS.   Orders are shipped out usually within 48 hours of being ordered provided items are in stock and all information is up to date on account. We can / may delay a shipment in order to be able to include more merchandise and avoid a backorder.  Please indicate to us if you need the item(s) within a certain time frame so we can ship in time.  Shipping & handling charges are based off of item and size. 

May I return an order I placed and received?
No merchandise will be accepted for a return without prior consent. Notification of a return must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.  A restocking fee of 15% may be charged on returned goods. Items MUST be in saleable condition and in original packaging.  ALL special orders are FINAL!

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Paypal only, when ordering off the website.  We also accept money orders and personal checks.  Please call us when making an order with Money Order or Check. 

I need my item ASAP, what are my options?
We can ship items to you by the date needed. You must tell us when you need the items by in order to get it to you in time. Extra Shipping Charges will apply. Please contact us before checkout so we can inform you of shipping charges.
